BSU3.1 – If some patch install with a custom CACHE_DIR, BSU command does not work

If some patch install with a custom cache_dir(not {WL_HOME/utils/bsu/cache_dir}) with bsu3.1 command, the bsu3.1 command cannot view/remove some patch.
WebLogic Server 9.2MP3 and BSU3.1.0.0
Solution / Workaround :
* Upgrade Smart Update 3.1 to 3.2
* Or else the only workaround is to copy patch itself into cache_dir.
